The USPS insures their deliveries, take pictures of the damaged package and item, let me know asap so that we can open a claim.
Email me right away! Before photographing and listing an item, I always look it over to make sure there is nothing wrong with it. But we're all human and mistakes do happen, so if that's the case, I will gladly refund your purchase upon return of the item.
